Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and CapEO Labs ("we", "us") for the use of Ziga Data, the website at zigadata.com and the application at app.zigadata.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What Ziga Data does

Ziga Data takes lead information you submit as text or images, extracts fields from it, shows you the result for review, and appends a row to a Google Sheet you own once you confirm. Nothing is written to your sheet until you confirm it.

Your account

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us at hello@zigadata.com if you believe someone else has access to it.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Ziga Data.

Early access and price

Ziga Data is in early access and is currently free. No credit card is required. Features may change, break, or be removed while we are in early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will give account holders notice by email before anything they use starts costing money.

Your data and your sheet

You keep ownership of everything you submit and everything written to your spreadsheet. We claim no rights to your leads. We access your Google account only to the extent described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

You are responsible for having the right to submit the information you submit, and for handling it lawfully once it reaches your sheet. If the leads you process include other people's personal data, the obligations that come with that data are yours.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ziga Data to:

• break the law or infringe someone else's rights
• submit content you have no right to submit
• attack, overload, probe, or reverse engineer the service
• resell or redistribute the service as your own
• build lists for spam or harassment

Accuracy of extraction

Ziga Data uses automated extraction, and automated extraction gets things wrong. That is why the service shows you every field before it saves anything. You are responsible for checking a row before you confirm it. We are not responsible for the consequences of data you approved.

Availability

We do not promise the service will be available without interruption. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. If we shut the service down, we will give account holders reasonable notice by email so you can retrieve anything you need. Your rows are already in your own Google Sheet.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Ziga Data and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do survive it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will update the date at the top and notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there.
